18th PDWP has approved upgradation of 12 major District Headquarter Hospitals in KP at a cost of PKR 6.52 Billion. The approval is aimed at strengthening the healthcare system to mitigate the impact of COVID-19. DHQ Hospitals at Malakand, Battagram, Buner, Chitral, Hangu, Kohistan, Lakki Marwat, Mansehra, Mardan, Swat, Shangla and Tank will be upgraded.
