Introduction: This Privacy Policy provides an explanation of how GISHUB FACILITIES SEARCH APP collects, utilizes, and shares information while using it. By using our App, you consent to the collection and utilization of information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Objective: The GISHUB Planning & Development Department Khyberpakhtunkhwa has developed this application to grant the general public access to search for and obtain updates regarding various facilities in the Khyberpakhtunkhwa province. Currently, data from Elementary & Secondary Education, ADP Schemes, Health, Higher Education, Population Welfare, Public Health Engineering, and Stateland have been integrated into the application. Users can search this data through three different methods:
- Buffer Search: Users can draw a buffer/circle of a specific radius around their current or desired location and search for different facilities within that area.
- Boundary Search: The application allows users to search for facilities within different administrative boundaries, including districts, tehsils, union councils, village councils, national and provincial constituencies.
- Generic Search: Data can be searched throughout the entire Khyberpakhtunkhwa province, irrespective of any buffer or administrative boundary.
Information/Permissions Collection: We collect the following information when using our App:
Mobile Number: When you create an account with us, we collect your mobile number. This number is solely used for user authentication and is not shared with anyone or utilized for marketing or other purposes.
Location Permissions: Certain features, such as searching within a specific buffer, require location permissions. These permissions are solely used to set the buffer center point and are not shared with anyone.
Storage: Access to storage is necessary to store exported data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy: We may periodically update this Privacy Policy which will be updated here on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
