The World Bank Portfolio Review’s meeting was held at the Planning and Development Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today, under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary, Mr. Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah. The meeting was attended by a high-level delegation, including relevant Secretaries, World Bank’s Operations Manager, Mr. Gailius Draugelis, and representatives from various departments and the World Bank.
The Additional Chief Secretary, Mr. Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah, directed the project directors to expedite the implementation of ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of their objectives. He emphasized the importance of effective project management, coordination, and quality work.
Furthermore, Additional Chief Secretary assured that his office, along with all relevant Secretaries, would extend full facilitation and support to the World Bank, ensuring seamless execution of projects and fostering a productive partnership.
