The third follow-up meeting regarding the provincial government’s good governance initiatives was held under the chairmanship of Secretary Planning and Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mr. Adeel Shah.
The meeting reviewed the effectiveness of service delivery, grievance redressal and front desk performance in detail.
On this occasion, activities related to the Monitoring and Evaluation System were also discussed and it was directed to increase field visits so that timely monitoring and transparency of projects can be ensured.
