A meeting regarding the World Bank’s pipeline projects was held with the Country Director, World Bank Pakistan, Ms. Bolormaa Amgaabazar and her team, under the chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Islam Zaib.
The pipeline projects were deliberated. The implementation arrangements and preparedness for these projects were discussed. Both sides agreed to take all necessary steps to ensure smooth execution and better delivery of these initiatives.
The Additional Chief Secretary directed all relevant departments, project teams, and sections to expedite required actions and fulfill all prerequisites for the timely launch and implementation of these projects.
The meeting also reviewed the current World Bank portfolio in the province.
Additional Chief Secretary also thanked the Country Director and the World Bank team for their continued and valuable partnership with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
