Monitoring and Evaluation Team of Planning and Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa visits Government Girls Degree College Mandani, District Charsadda
A video recently went viral on social media regarding a part of the protective wall of Government Girls Degree College Mandani, District Charsadda. On the special instructions of Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Monitoring and Evaluation Wing team immediately visited the project site.
During the visit, the team made a detailed review of the ongoing construction, inspected the administrative affairs of the project and checked the quality and quantity of the work as per the approved PC-1, technical aspects and standards. The team also compiled a detailed report based on the on-site observation. Instructions were issued to the concerned authorities to ensure the work as per the approved quantity and quality and the remaining work should be completed as soon as possible without compromising on quality.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Wing of the Planning and Development Department is actively working to ensure transparency, quality and timely completion of ongoing development projects across the province. In this regard, special meetings have also been held recently with monitoring and planning wings across the province to further improve transparency and accountability.
