The Project Development Facility (PDF) committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Islam Zaib, to review and approve funding for the revised feasibility study, detailed engineering design, and construction plan for the road connecting Indus Highway (N-55) at the Bannu Link Road takeoff point with Hakla-Yarak-D.I. Khan Motorway (M-14) on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode.
During the meeting, the committee approved funding for the feasibility study of the subject project. The proposed road is aimed at improving regional connectivity and facilitating smoother traffic flow between key routes in the province.
The Additional Chief Secretary directed the concerned authorities to ensure the timely completion of all procedural requirements to move the project forward efficiently
