The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is committed to the uniform development of the province, and in the PDWP meeting, it approved development projects worth more than 58 billion. The 17th meeting of the Provincial Development Working Party was chaired by Ikramullah Khan, Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The meeting approved the Digital Skill project to make the youth employable was approved for Rs 1.3 billion; more than 27 thousand youth will benefit from the project. Out of these, about 2800 youth will be provided opportunities for global certification in the next phase, which will prove beneficial for the youth in their startup businesses as well as for the local economy. Moreover, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has taken an important step to rid children of stomach worms, under which a project of the Health Department at a cost of Rs 18.6 crore has been approved in the Provincial Development Working Party meeting. The meeting was attended by PDWP members and officers of the relevant departments. The forum approved 60 important projects related to STIT, livestock, sports, agriculture, tourism, health, relief, and education for the development of the province. The meeting approved development plans for various sectors.
