The wrap-up meeting with the Review Mission of the AIIB for the Balakot Hydropower Development Project was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Islam Zaib, Additional Chief Secretary of the Planning and Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Various matters related to the project were discussed during the meeting. The Additional Chief Secretary underscored the project’s immense significance and reaffirmed that the Planning and Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is fully committed to ensuring its smooth implementation.
The meeting was also attended by the Secretary of Energy and Power Department, and the Chief Economist of the Planning and Development Department.
